Project Genome – Bonds

About Project Genome

“Project Genome is the internationally coordinated effort to characterize all HSX MovieStocks by determining the complete sequence of events that lead up to their release/delist. Project Genome’s ultimate goal is to provide to the HSX community-at-large as much relevant and useful information about every given stock as possible.” — Project Genome Research Committee

“And now we’re doing StarBonds.  You got a problem with that?” — BlueDuck

Charting the HSX Bonds Genome. Can it be done? Does it make any sense?

In the great tradition of the Project Genome Research Committee (PGRC), we have determined that it does make sense to start adding bond chart functionality, and we have set about accomplishing this ambitious task. Our focus is to research and make recommendations on every StarBond on the exchange. Yes. . .every bond.  The Genome team is there to do all the work for you.

The scope of the project was huge. There are currently. . .well. . .a lot of bonds on the HSX Exchange and more coming every day with new IPOs. With subsequent updates, the PGRC has not only charted all the current bonds, but also, daily, bring you any updated status of current stocks and new IPOs as they become available, unless we go out of town or have to wash our car or something.

We are currently making our charts the best they can be, as well as integrating information from Genome.  Our pipeline is endless. We believe total information is the wave of the future for the Genome.

There are no secrets left.

UPDATE:  Okay, look.  I haven’t seriously done bond charts since 1999 or so.  So do not — DO NOT — trust ANY of the numbers you see here 100%.  As always, think for yourself; ask questions.  We are trying as best we can to get the infrastructure set up, and that means that the numbers may not be perfect.  Or close to it. If you note serious problems with a given chart, please leave a note at the main Genome Feedback page.

If you would like to be a part of the bond part of Project Genome, please send a short, snappy e-mail to blue(aquatic bird with webbed feet and bill) at (seventh letter of the alphabet)mail.com.
